These Terms of Use apply to creatorhustle.ai, our course platform at go.coursehustle.com, and the products and services offered by Creator Hustle AI (formerly Course Hustle), run by Liya Bergen. Questions? Email liya@creatorhustle.ai.

Terms

By using the Sites or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.

Use licence

When you buy a course, template, skill or other digital product, you get a personal licence to use it in your own business. Unless a product clearly says it includes resell or PLR rights, you may not copy, share, resell or redistribute it, remove any copyright notices, or pass your login details to anyone else.

Products sold with PLR or resell rights come with their own licence terms, which are shown on the product page. Those terms apply alongside these ones.

We may end your licence if you break these terms. If that happens, you must stop using and delete the materials.

Disclaimer

Everything on the Sites and in our products is provided "as is". We don't make any guarantees about results, accuracy or suitability for your particular situation. Please read our Disclaimer for more detail.

Limitations

Creator Hustle AI and Liya Bergen won't be liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the Sites or our products, even if we've been told that such loss is possible.

Cancellations and refunds

If you're not happy with a purchase, email liya@creatorhustle.ai and we'll look at it with you. Refunds are processed through the payment provider used at checkout. Once a refund is issued, your access to and licence for that product ends.

Services

For done-for-you and done-with-you services, delivery times start once we have everything we need from you, such as your completed interview form. Any extra details about a service are shared with you before you book.

Revisions and errors

The materials on the Sites may include occasional typos or errors. We may update them at any time without notice, but we don't promise to keep everything up to date.

Links

We're not responsible for the content of websites we link to. A link doesn't mean we endorse that site, and you use it at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Sites, you agree to the current version.

Governing law

Any claim relating to the Sites or our products is governed by the laws of the country where Creator Hustle AI is based.
